Equip yourself:  The work sessions

 

One of our aims is to ensure that our client organizations thrive while our predictions unfold.  To help them, we have designed 5 specific work sessions.

 

The broad purpose with each work session is two-fold: 1) to equip you to make your own assessment of our predictions and how these changes are likely to affect you and your organization, and 2) to provide you with the knowledge and courage to preempt the consequences by acting effectively.
 

To achieve this purpose, we adapt or 'customize' each work session for every client:  the subject matter stays basically the same, but how it is utilized and acted upon is often unique to every client.  (Keep in mind that our aim is to help you become more effective and effectiveness, unlike efficiency, is unique to every organization.)

 

Note that each work session takes no longer than one day.  We practice what we preach and we heed the warning of our predictions, namely do not waste the time and energy of employees or customers.
