Is your vision in action?

Please note:  To prepare an effective evaluation of your vision in action is no simple matter.  It will require a little effort from you and much more from us.  But that is the only way we can make the results meaningful and useful to you.  It is not a quick-fix and will take a bit longer than the usual simplistic Internet surveys.  But then, the effect and rewards should last much longer.

To receive a one-page, confidential evaluation of your vision in action, the following steps are necessary:

1. Please send us an email with your name, title and email address.  See step 5 below (your email is safe with us and will not be shared with others).

2. You will receive, via email, a User Id and a password to allow you access to our client area.

3. In our client area you will automatically be presented with an on-line questionnaire.  This questionnaire has 32 yes/no questions and should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete and submit.

4. Once we have prepared your feedback, you will receive an email asking you to download the pdf file from our client area at your convenience.  We do this to protect your privacy - you decide where and when you want to receive the confidential evaluation.

5. Click on jhm@vspinc.biz now to send us an email with your name, title and email address.
