About us
Our aim
is to make our client organizations more effective. Effectiveness to us is about
doing the right things right. Every organization, in some way, plans its future
and then executes the plan in order to realize its desired future. However, we
know that what makes one organization more effective than another is the way it
sets about doing so. When what is being done is aligned with what should be
done, then:
-
your strategic intent and operational execution simply become
the-way-you-do-things-here,
-
which brings clarity to your employees, focus and meaning to what they do
daily, with less wasted time and effort,
-
so that you have a tremendously positive impact on customers (after all,
effectiveness impacts on all aspects of customer service).
We promise...
We pride ourselves on being effective. This means that there are certain things
we do, for not to do them would make us (and you) less effective. For example:
-
We always start with your existing strategy and so build on the investment you
have already made in your strategy and planning processes.
-
We are always mindful that if we take too much of your time, then we are not
really helping you or your people to be more effective.
-
We avoid thick reports that hardly ever get acted on, for where is the
effectiveness in that?
We will...
-
... use only appropriately experienced people on your assignment. It takes
experience to help your people implement the changes they may have to make in
order to become consistently effective.
-
... respect your existing relationships with consultants. If they are part of
your organization, our objective with them will be the same as with your
people: They too must understand what your organization needs to do to become
consistently more effective. So we work with them and we include them in the
solution.
